With Jakarta’s coffee industry at its prime, Jakarta Coffee Manual returns to anchor this year's coffee crusade. Celebrating its fifth year, this Coffee Manual is the biggest one yet that also welcomes for the first time an exciting Special Edition up for grabs to enhance your coffee hunting experience.

Growing ever so fiercely, it’s hard for anyone these days to keep up with Jakarta’s third-wave coffee scene. With the slew of coffee shops slowly covering every inch of this city, even the most sceptic are lured by the coffee mania. Nowadays, grabbing a morning cup of joe has been a part of daily routine and there’s hardly any social scene where the caffeinated beverage is not highlighted.

With the swift new lot of coffee shops making headlines this past year, it’s only proper to take things up a notch. This year’s Jakarta Coffee Manual is featuring an astounding 82 coffee shops throughout Jakarta and the greater area to guide your daily quest for that perfect cup. As per tradition, you may obtain your copy of the booklet by purchasing one coffee beverage at any of the coffee shops listed below.

To ramp up the excitement, for the first time this year, a Special Edition of the Jakarta Coffee Manual is available for purchase at MINIMALTKET (@minimaltket). For IDR 150,000 only, you may get one Jakarta Coffee Manual 2018 along with an eco-friendly metal straw, a Manual Jakarta badge, a dining mat and decorative stickers with playful illustrations by MALT Studio. Head over to @minimaltket on Instagram to get the Special Edition bundle that comes in limited number.

As usual, kicking off this year’s great coffee odyssey, collect 30 stamps from participating coffee shops and you’ll stand a chance to win the coveted Jakarta Coffee Card that entitles you to free daily coffee for the period of one month. In case you’re wondering, yes, that means 82 free coffee every single day for a full month. Surely, that would be more than enough to satisfy anyone’s daily cuppa cravings. Without further ado, let the month-long coffee-filled adventure begin!

Important note: Since the launch of this Jakarta Coffee Manual, Watt Coffee has ceased its operation and thus will not be participating in this year’s stamp collection and distribution. Coffee shops’ opening hours in Jakarta Coffee Manual 2018 are subject to change. For more details, visit their Instagram accounts.
