The Papilion is back with its pop-up stint with The Little Glass House. The luxury multi-brand retailer brings high-end fashion, home living and food, this time to Plaza Indonesia for a begetting shopping experience that will run until August 2020.

More and more fashion retailers are embracing pop-up stores to restore a jolt of excitement and interaction into the retail experience. The Papilion is no stranger to this, as the multi-label boutique continues its pop-up stint by bringing The Little Glass House to Plaza Indonesia with their namesake brands spanning from fashion and lifestyle essentials to artisanal pastries, fleshed out in a full-concept flair.

Modelled after Papilion Duo in Pacific Place, the pop-up shop is designed so that all three lines–home, food and fashion–come together naturally for customers to engross themselves in a stately retail experience.

Those who are familiar with the high-end boutique can expect the usual suspects like Comme des Garçons Comme des Garçons, Dries Van Noten, Simone Rocha and Junya Watanabe taking centre stage, while new brands Brock Collection, Johanna Ortiz and Noir Kei Ninomiya come to play in their autumn/winter 2019 ready-to-wear lines. If Plaza Indonesia’s Papilion Duo boutique curation is all about streetwear, then be thrilled to encounter premium wardrobes at the pop-up store situated right on the first floor of the mall.

Then, the pop-up is also home to homeware essentials that boast coveted brands; take Fornasetti’s whimsical wall plates and Diptyque’s flamboyant scents along with Antoinette Poisson’s fabrics for those wanting some 18th century Parisian touch to the living space. For a little break, the white-dominated space finds Huize Van Wely, a Dutch patisserie, at the centre of the room serving confectionaries and beverages where the gourmands can revel.

A witty wordplay for the boutique’s structured-glass headquarter in Kemang, The Little Glass House blooms the same aesthetics as its home base. Minimalist set-up with panes of glass decorating its interiors, the pop-up shop doesn’t hide what the boutique is known for: opulence. In true signature, the boutique remains cut and clean, polished to the T despite being a temporary set up. The integration of fashion and food still begets an atmosphere where as much as it is about high living, the pop-up is also designed to be beyond a run-of-the-mill shopping experience.

The Little Glass House by The Papilion is located at the 1st floor of Plaza Indonesia. The pop-up boutique is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm. For more information about The Papilion, visit www.thepapilion.com.
