This weekend, Burgreens celebrates healthy, ethical and sustainable lifestyle in a two-day festivity at Pasar Semesta. Initiated by Burgreens, Project Semesta, Evoware and Union Yoga, Pasar Semesta highlights the importance of conscious living as well as healthy and sustainable eating through movie screenings, talks and workshops.
From the clothes to the food that you consume, each individual’s lifestyle has an effect on the world’s climate. This is why, Pasar Semesta aims to offer suggestions on how to live sustainably in simple manner through a series of activities. Some of the highlights include “Ways to Zero Waste” talk on living a sustainable modern lifestyle, “Effortless Healthy Meals Everyday” workshop with Burgreens Chef Max Mandias, where he will be demonstrating quick and healthy meals for you and your family, as well as “Cowspiracy”, a documentary that’s addressing the effects of cattle industry on the environment. Apart from that, there’ll also be yoga sessions and bulkstore (organic store without packaging) during the event.
