Here's a quick glance on what you've missed at Pop Up Market 2014.

Last weekend, visitors got a chance to experience “Shibuya” in Pop Up Market 2014 at Kuningan City. This yearly thematic bazaar aims at promoting young entrepreneurs with a celebration of urban youth culture. In short, this is not just a bazaar where visitors come, shop and go home.

Though the venue is not a total replica of Shibuya, guests were still able to experience what it feels like to be in one of Tokyo’s most influential district – Japanese lanterns hanged low from the ceiling and a duplicate statue of Hachiko – famous Akita dog known for its loyalty, stood proudly at the entrance.

Being a bazaar that supports young startups, don’t be surprised to see some new names – from Food & Drink, Fashion to lifestyle products, in the event. Among them are Burgreens – fast-food inspired vegetarian establishment, Wandernorth – quality ready-made menswear line and Orca – lovely yet understated stationery products in the mix of more established brands such as Pot Meets Pop and Voyej.
