Let’s not beat around the bush. We all know who Michael Jackson is. The interests around the King of Pop hasn’t diminish much even after his death. The name Michael Jackson certainly still possesses power to draw crowds as evidenced in Potato Head on recent Monday evening.
Paying a tribute to Michael Jackson, singer Teza Sumendra crooned a string of hit songs with his signature smooth husky baritone. Understandingly, the expectations were high, especially when you’re paying a tribute to, perhaps, the most famous person in the world. But, Sumendra delivered it with plenty of swagger and pose, crooning out one song after another through his own interpretations.
Other than Michael Jackson’s hit songs like Love Never Felt So Good, Remember The Time and Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ 2008, Sumendra also delivered several latest pop songs such as Justin Timberlake’s Suit & Tie and even Jessie J’s Bang Bang.
Here’s a look at what went down that groovy night.
