With food and drink selections that easily switch from day to night, Casa is the ideal home away from home hangout spot in the district of Kemang.

Casa has, over the years, established itself as an embracing hangout spot for individuals from creative industry, partly thanks to its neighbours – ak.’sa.ra and 707. It’s not hard to see why. The wood-dominated interior is filled with cozy sofas and chairs that resemble an expansive living room that invites one to stay for hours. Ideal for those who are here for lunch meeting or pondering an idea over coffee.

But that’s not Casa’s only charm. The versatility of the menu – predominantly western dishes with influences from Asia and Europe, is admirable as it easily switches from day to night, from coffee to cocktail. The menu even caters for those who are looking for either light meal – Chicken Kebab with Yoghurt Mint Dip, or heavy dinner – BBQ Chicken served with Baked Potato and Corn on the Cob.

If the food menu is all about satisfying the hunger, then Casa’s drink menu is all about fun time with tongue in cheek. Case in point, couple may be drawn to Sakura Spring, as the pink concoction resembles a mini love potion. Similarly, Candy Crush (inspired by the popular online game, Candy Crush, of course!) is served with the glass dipped in chocolate sauce and sprinkled generously with colourful chocolate sprinkles.

Casa may not have the luxury of space but the establishment radiates roominess thanks to its glass wall exterior. Besides, the establishment didn’t give up its seating arrangement in order to make way for more customers. Even when it’s full house, rest assured that the laidback atmosphere is still readily established here.

Home may be where the heart is but Casa is giving them a serious run for its money.
